Machine learning has emerged as a transformative technology in the field of medical care, enabling healthcare systems to improve diagnostic accuracy, treatment effectiveness, patient monitoring, and clinical decision-making. The increasing availability of medical data from electronic health records, medical imaging systems, wearable devices, and healthcare databases has created opportunities for applying intelligent data-driven solutions in healthcare environments. This paper explores the applications of machine learning in the field of medical care and highlights its role in disease diagnosis, prognosis prediction, personalized treatment planning, medical image analysis, drug discovery, and patient risk assessment. Machine learning algorithms analyze large volumes of clinical and biomedical data to identify hidden patterns, support early disease detection, and improve healthcare outcomes. Furthermore, predictive models assist healthcare professionals in making informed decisions and optimizing resource utilization. Experimental observations indicate that machine learning techniques significantly enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of healthcare services. The integration of intelligent analytical models into medical care systems contributes to improved patient outcomes, reduced healthcare costs, and the advancement of precision medicine.
