Author Guidelines
Thank you for considering the American Journal of Management and IoT Medical Computing (AJMIMC) for your research submission. To ensure a smooth review and publication process, please adhere to the following guidelines:
1. Submission Requirements
- Original Work: Submissions must be unpublishedand not under consideration elsewhere.
- Manuscript Types: We accept:
- Research Articles(full-length original studies)
- Review Articles(comprehensive literature reviews)
- Case Studies(real-world applications)
- Short Communications(preliminary findings)
- Editorials & Perspectives(invited only)
- Language: Manuscripts must be in Englishwith clear, concise writing.
2. Manuscript Formatting
- File Format: Submit in Microsoft Word (.docx).
- Length:
- Research/Review Articles: 3,000–8,000 words(excluding references).
- Short Communications/Case Studies: 1,500–3,000 words.
- Structure:
- Title(Title Page, Title of the manuscript, Full name(s) of the author(s), Affiliation(s), Email address of the corresponding author, ORCID iDs (if available))
- Abstract(200–250 words, structured with Purpose, Methods, Findings, Implications)
- Keywords(5–8 terms)
- Introduction(Background, significance, and objective of the study)
- Literature Review(Summary and analysis of related work)
- Methodology(detailed research design)
- Results & Discussion(clearly presented with tables/figures where needed)
- Conclusion & Future Work
- References (Use IEEE referencing style, All references must be cited in the text)
3. Figures & Tables
- High Resolution(300+ DPI for images, vector formats preferred for graphs).
- Legible Labels(font size ≥10pt, clear legends).
- Citations: All figures/tables must be referenced in the text.
4. Citations & References
- In-text citations: (Author, Year)
5. Ethical Considerations
- Plagiarism: All submissions are screened via Turnitin (<15% similarity).
- Conflict of Interest: Disclose any financial/non-financial conflicts.
- Human/Animal Studies: Must include IRB approval(if applicable).
6. Submission Process
- Register/Login at AJMIMC Submission Portal.
- Upload your manuscript and supplementary files.
- Include a cover letterstating the significance of your work.
7. Peer Review & Publication Timeline
- Initial Review: 2–4 weeks.
- Revision Period: 2–3 weeks (if required).
- Final Decision: Typically within 8–12 weeks.
