Knowledge Management Systems and Organizational Learning in High-Performance Enterprises

Knowledge Management Systems (KMS) have become a general strategic enhancer within organizations on how to capture, store, and share and even utilize organization knowledge. Simultaneously, organizational learning has emerged as a vital competency, which improves innovation, flexibility, staff growth and decision making. This is research on the connection learning in high performance organizations. technological infrastructure and learning-oriented organizational cultures in enhancing productivity of employees and effectiveness of organization. Structured survey response whose residents were employees of high-performance organizations in various fields was utilized to develop a quantitative research approach. Descriptive analysis and hypothesis tests were statistical methods that the results indicate that Knowledge Management Systems performance can be greatly improved with proper implementation of Knowledge Management Systems promoting organization learning ability, collaborative decision making and innovation performance. The research also points out that companies that have great knowledge sharing cultures have increased sustainability in growth and employee motivation.
