By analyzing both traditional and modern recruitment approaches—including employer branding, digital recruitment platforms, structured interviews, assessment centers, and onboarding programs—the research identifies practices that enhance candidate quality, reduce turnover, and improve integration into the organizational culture. Data were collected through surveys, interviews, and case studies across multiple industries. The findings highlight the importance of strategic alignment between recruitment processes and organizational goals, emphasizing the role of innovative practices in creating a competitive advantage in talent acquisition. The study provides actionable insights for HR professionals to optimize recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring long-term workforce effectiveness and organizational success.
