The rapid advancement of digital technologies has transformed the way organizations train and develop their workforce, with Virtual Reality (VR) emerging as an innovative solution for immersive and interactive learning. Traditional training methods often rely on classroom instruction and theoretical demonstrations, which may not provide sufficient practical exposure for developing technical skills. Virtual Reality training modules address these limitations by creating realistic, simulation-based environments where employees can practice technical tasks safely, repeatedly, and without disrupting real-world operations. This study focuses on the implementation of Virtual Reality Training Modules for Technical Skill Development at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). The research examines the effectiveness of VR-based training in enhancing employees' technical competencies, problem-solving abilities, learning engagement, knowledge retention, and overall training efficiency. The study evaluates key factors such as user experience, training effectiveness, skill acquisition, confidence levels, and employee satisfaction through quantitative analysis. It also explores the benefits of VR in reducing training costs, minimizing operational risks, and providing standardized learning experiences across diverse teams. The findings are expected to demonstrate that VR-based training significantly improves technical skill development compared to conventional training methods while supporting continuous learning and workforce readiness. The study concludes that integrating Virtual Reality into corporate training programs can strengthen employee capabilities, accelerate learning outcomes, and contribute to improved organizational performance and innovation at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).
