The rapid expansion of financial technology (FinTech) has significantly transformed the financial services industry by introducing innovative, technology-driven solutions that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and financial accessibility. Evaluating the financial performance of FinTech startups has become increasingly important for understanding their sustainability, profitability, and long-term growth potential in a highly competitive market. This study focuses on analyzing the financial performance of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance by applying data analytics techniques to examine key financial indicators such as revenue growth, profitability, liquidity, solvency, and operational efficiency. The research utilizes financial statements and relevant secondary data collected from annual reports and publicly available sources over multiple financial years. The study employs descriptive statistics, trend analysis, ratio analysis, and data visualization techniques to identify patterns and evaluate the company's financial performance. Various analytical tools and graphical representations are used to simplify complex financial information and provide meaningful insights into business performance. The findings indicate that data analytics enables effective monitoring of financial health, supports strategic decision-making, and helps identify strengths and areas requiring improvement. The research concludes that integrating data analytics into financial performance evaluation enhances the accuracy of business assessments and supports sustainable growth in the evolving FinTech and insurance sectors. The study also provides valuable recommendations for improving financial planning, risk management, and operational performance while highlighting the importance of datadriven decision-making in the modern financial ecosystem.
