Emotional intelligence and quality of work life are important organizational factors that influence employee satisfaction, workplace productivity, teamwork, and service quality in the hospitality industry. This study focuses on emotional intelligence and quality of work life among employees in ITC Hotel. In hotel organizations, employees interact directly with customers, management, and team members, making emotional intelligence highly important for maintaining workplace discipline, communication, customer service quality, and organizational performance. Emotional intelligence helps employees manage stress, workplace pressure, emotional stability, teamwork, and customer relationships effectively. Quality of work life refers to employee satisfaction regarding workplace environment, work-life balance, welfare facilities, compensation, job security, organizational support, career opportunities, and workplace safety. ITC Hotel follows various employee welfare practices such as communication programs, employee engagement activities, counseling systems, training programs, stress management practices, flexible work support, employee recognition systems, and workplace wellness initiatives to improve emotional intelligence and quality of work life. The study examines employee perceptions regarding workplace communication, teamwork, stress management, emotional support systems, work-life balance, and organizational support. Technological advancements and modern HR management systems have significantly improved employee communication, workplace collaboration, employee engagement, and hospitality management practices. The study concludes that emotional intelligence and quality of work life positively influence employee morale, workplace efficiency, customer service quality, teamwork, organizational productivity, and long-term business sustainability.
