Digital marketing has transformed the way organizations communicate with customers by providing interactive, personalized, and cost-effective promotional strategies. The increasing use of the internet, social media platforms, search engines, and mobile applications has significantly influenced consumer purchasing behavior and decision-making processes. This study aims to examine customer perception toward digital marketing and to understand the factors that shape consumer attitudes, preferences, and responses to digital promotional activities. The research focuses on evaluating customers' awareness, trust, satisfaction, and acceptance of digital marketing channels. Primary data can be collected through structured questionnaires administered to a sample of consumers from different demographic backgrounds, while secondary data may be gathered from journals, books, websites, and published reports related to digital marketing. The study adopts a descriptive research design and uses statistical tools such as percentage analysis, tables, and charts for data interpretation. The findings of the study indicate that digital marketing has become an essential medium for consumers due to its convenience, accessibility, availability of product information, and personalized communication. However, concerns regarding data privacy, misleading advertisements, and information overload continue to affect customer trust and perception. The study concludes that organizations should develop customer-centric digital marketing strategies that emphasize transparency, security, and engaging content to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships. The research contributes to understanding consumer perceptions in the digital era and provides valuable insights for businesses seeking to improve the effectiveness of their digital marketing initiatives.
