Working capital management is a crucial aspect of financial management that ensures the efficient utilization of a company's short-term assets and liabilities to maintain liquidity, profitability, and operational efficiency. Effective management of working capital enables organizations to meet their day-to-day financial obligations while maximizing returns and supporting sustainable business growth. This study, titled "A Study on Working Capital Management at Bajaj Finance Limited," aims to analyze the company's working capital practices by evaluating the management of current assets, current liabilities, cash, receivables, and short-term financing. The study is based on both primary and secondary data collected from company annual reports, financial statements, research journals, and other reliable sources. Financial tools such as ratio analysis, trend analysis, and comparative analysis are used to assess the company's liquidity position, operational efficiency, and overall financial performance. The findings indicate that Bajaj Finance Limited has maintained an effective working capital management system through efficient cash flow management, strong liquidity, timely recovery of receivables, and prudent financial planning. The study concludes that continuous monitoring of working capital components, adoption of advanced financial technologies, and effective risk management practices will further strengthen the company's financial stability, operational efficiency, and long-term profitability.
