Abstract
The increasing adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) and the rising demand for sustainable energy solutions have accelerated the development of photovoltaic (PV)-based EV charging systems. However, effective energy management remains a key challenge to ensure optimal utilization of renewable energy, minimize reliance on the grid, and reduce operational costs. This paper presents a smart energy management strategy for photovoltaic-integrated EV charging stations, focusing on maximizing solar energy utilization, optimizing charging schedules, and balancing energy flow between PV systems, battery storage, and the grid.
