Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital learning environments has significantly increased the demand for efficient and organized platforms for sharing academic resources among students. Traditional note-sharing methods, such as physical exchange, emails, and messaging applications, often result in unstructured data, limited accessibility, and security concerns. To address these issues, this project proposes a Peer-to-Peer Notes Sharing Platform designed as a web-based system that enables students to upload, manage, and access academic materials in a centralized and secure manner. The system integrates a Flask-based backend with a relational database to ensure efficient data handling and seamless communication between users and storage systems. It provides essential functionalities including user authentication, file upload, keyword-based search, and secure download features. The platform enhances accessibility by allowing users to retrieve study materials anytime and from anywhere. Additionally, it promotes collaborative learning by encouraging students to contribute and utilize shared knowledge resources. The structured organization of notes based on subjects and metadata improves retrieval efficiency and user experience. The system is designed to be scalable, reliable, and user-friendly, with potential for future enhancements such as recommendation systems, rating mechanisms, and cloud integration. Overall, the proposed solution addresses the limitations of existing systems and contributes to improving academic productivity through an efficient and collaborative digital learning environment.
