Abstract

Home security is a critical concern in modern smart homes, and traditional locking systems often lack convenience and remote accessibility. This study presents SmartEntry, an Arduino-powered Bluetoothenabled smart door lock system designed for automated and secure home access. The system integrates an Arduino microcontroller with a Bluetooth module to enable authorized users to unlock doors via a smartphone application. The design incorporates real-time authentication, automatic locking, and low-power operation to enhance both security and usability. Experimental implementation demonstrates seamless connectivity, rapid response, and reliable operation under various usage scenarios. The proposed system provides an affordable, efficient, and user-friendly solution for smart home security, combining modern technology with practical accessibility.
